We are dedicated to delivering our high-quality pet products to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1.Shipping Areas & Destinations

• We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (including the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses).

Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses may incur additional shipping charges and longer transit times.

• We also ship internationally to any location accessible via UPS. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2 business days. We ship orders on weekends as well!! (Except on public holidays.) after receiving your order confirmation email.You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer transparent shipping options to fit your needs:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather, which are outside of our immediate control.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal (UPS/FedEx/USPS).

5.How can I change my shipping address?

We will do our best to accommodate any change requests, but cannot guarantee that updates will be made before your order ships. If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email:official@lumipetia.com

6.Can I change or cancel my order?

• We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before your order ships.
• If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact official@lumipetia.com as soon as possible. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
• For pre-orders, changes or cancellations can only be made during the pre-order period.
• If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for available return options.
• Our Customer Experience team is available Monday–Friday,10:00 AM–5:00 PM.

7.Why isn't my tracking updating?

• Unfortunately sometimes there are delays in the UPS and USPS tracking systems, but they should be rectified within a day or so.
• If you see no movement or change for 5 business days, please feel free to reach out to our team at official@lumipetia.com
