1. 🚚 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offers

2. ⏱️ Order Processing & Handling Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed, packed, and quality-checked within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and US major holidays).

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email.

Shipping Confirmation: As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

3. 📦 Order Tracking & Status Updates
Every Lumipetia package comes with 100% End-to-End Tracking so you can follow your craft kit’s journey straight to your doorstep!

You can track your package directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier system (USPS / FedEx / UPS) after receiving your tracking code.

4. 🛡️ Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We take full responsibility for your package until it reaches your hands!

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives crushed or your canvas is damaged during shipping, please snap a photo and email us at official@lumipetia.com within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a brand-new replacement kit immediately for FREE.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, or if the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us right away for a free reshipment or a full refund.

5. ✏️ Incorrect Address & Order Modifications
Need to change your shipping address or update your order?

Please contact us at official@lumipetia.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order.
